"Absolutely everything about our stay here was perfection. The property was immaculate in every one of the 5 dwellings. "The property was well presented and nice and clean. We found the heater was not adequate for the cold temperatures we experienced and was noisy. The microwave seemed problematic to use and some instructions would have helped. The host was pleasant and it was lovely to come home to find some local produce on the deck. "We had 3 generations under one roof, amazing house with outstanding well cared for garden's and then the amazing views. Beds were incredible, the best beds we have slept on at book a bach. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. David was great, and met us onsite when we arrived, and provided great communication through out the start to finish process. "My sister and I were very happy with the little cottage. It was warm, secluded, safe. We have family in Pukenui and Ngataki. So it was very handy to both. The weather was up and down. It didn't dampen our stay in the least. Loved the place, would definitely book again in the future. Thanks again."

Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass."

The home is positioned on a corner next to a quiet boat launch which made for easy access to the beach (which was beautiful - we swam every day!).
