"Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."

"Positive: Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet. Amazing to sleep. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was also big enough. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The staff was also very nice. What I didn’t like was: I was confused about the room service. I never knew what the cleaning team would clean or replace. It all seemed random. Sometimes I would get a new towel for the floor but not a new one for my body. The protection glass in the...

"The apartment was in a perfect location to explore the old town, as well as being only a short walk from the metro and bridges to other parts of the city. It was easy to check in and out. The apartment itself was a wonderful, comfortable haven to return to after a day of exploring. It was good having the kitchen and a washing machine available. Not a problem for me but do be aware that it is up almost 60 steps, some of them quite steep, if mobility is an issue. "
