"This motel is clean. The rooms are clean and the area is clean unfortunately the rooms are rather spartan. They’re literally is not one lamp in the room so you have to rely upon the very bright overhead lights or total darkness. No alarm clock no coffee pot. Just a bad tv. The room did have microwave and refrigerator, which was nice. No place to sit though."

"Staff were efficient and professional but lacked welcoming feeling. Felt they were just there to do a job. Was there for a celebration and got back very late only to have housekeeping knock on the door and woke us up only to have them return at 9am and woke us up again after we reminded them check out wasn’t until 11. "Beautiful Newer Hotel, conveniently located in the proximity of the "San Ysidro" crossing border. Staff were very nice and friendly, customer service great. Location is convenient 10min walking distance from crossing line. There is no much they can do about the " streets condition and construction going on in their area. Beds are comfortable but bedsheets were "crispy starched" and not so comfortable. Rooms are "decent clean" but my bathroom has a death spider or bug behind the mirror, visually...

"Very comfortable beds and pillows . The outside noise does not get in , the only thing is that noise within the property from the hallways is a little loud, I believe is because is all tile but other than that everything was good. The property has 2 entrances making it very convenient. "
