"My sister and I took a summer road trip to the Adirondack mountains and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jay. We visited Lake George, Lake Placid, and Lake Placid. We walked the AuSable Chasm and other waterfalls. We even explored Vermont. It was great to come “home” each night to our place in Jay. We enjoyed the back deck each morning (where we watched deer pass by) and cozy home each night. The hosts were incredibly responsive amd available. A fabulous time!!!"

"Hosts were on site in this duplex. Super nice people, and they care a lot about keeping the property looking like new (2024 renovation). They set up a fire in the nice fire pit behind the house, which we used at night. The back yard was a huge slope of freshly mowed grass dotted with sitting areas and leading to a small dock on the north branch of the Ausable river. We used the kayaks on the property for lovely morning paddles in calm water. We stored our bikes in the shed and used them on the...

"Idyllic property, right on a gorgeous stretch of the Ausable River. Clean and comfy cabin with all that you need. We truly relaxed, spent a lot of time enjoying the river and the views. Great proximity to all that makes this area of the Adirondacks so special - Wilmington, Whiteface, Lake Placid, Jay, Keene -- all nearby. Lots of great hikes in the area. "We had a wonderful time in the Barn cabin, it was very comfortable and clean, it was well stocked and everything we ere looking for for a couple quick nights way. Check in & finding it was very easy with the instructions provided even though we arrived after dark. Would definitely recommend! "
