"This is a fairly new hotel right at the entrance of Banff town. Really clean, they have excellent (free) parking, outside and in a heated garage. I arrived early and they gave me an early check in, the staff is friendly and cheerful. There is a great cafe and restaurant on site, location is wonderful, the rooms which face the mountains actually have a great view ! Very nice addition to Banff !"

"Emily helped us check in and met all of mine and my girlfriend’s needs, it was our 5 year anniversary so Emily was nice enough to give us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. She gave us a very thorough list of exceptional restaurants for us to check out in the evening, got us bus tickets for 3 days, and a parking pass for our vehicle. Highly recommend this property.
