We live there for part of the year and we rent it for the rest. We
hope it's comfortable for you as it is with us. Families with small
children are welcomed.
You can use the kitchen and access all rooms and the balcony except
the small locked closet which stores our stuff. You can use the fully
equipped kitchen and the washing machine.
Probably we won't be there in person for your check-in and check-out
and you will interact with a trusted person. It is also possible that the check-in will be made remotely just to avoid delays for you to enter in the apartment. We will be available via
phone, e-mail or intercom in case of need (info request, problems, ...). We
speak Italian, French and English and the trusted person speaks
Italian and Russian. Information and rules of the house are available
will be sent one the reservation is confirmed.
Since we are renting the apartment; we can't provide the service
cleaning during your stay. However if you need it a cleaning service
I can put you in contact with a trusted person for. I'll send you
details with fee.
The closet in one of the bedroom is reserved for us, but you can store
your stuff in the wardrobe next to it, or in the closet in the living
room or the one in the kid room. Additional folding chairs are located
in the closet just right to the entrance where you can hang your
coats.
I like this neighborhood. There is a mix of students from outside Rome
and people that live there from decades. It is also very close to the
centre of Rome.
Very close to the high speed train station (Roma Tiburtina) and metro
B line (Piazza Bologna), plus the train for the airport stops nearby
as well as regional, national and international buses.
Beautiful and historical public park (Villa Torlonia) at walking
distance. I like running, and you can run in Villa Torlonia or to a
farther park Villa Ada (3km). There is a guide to the neighborhood
that hosts can borrow (in Italian). Free parking is difficult and in
many places you have to pay to stay from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but a
private parking is available in the building. But this is one of the
few neighborhood in Rome where you don't need a car at all!
