"We chose to stay here as we had stayed here a week earlier. Our second stay not as great as the first- we were given an accessible room (which we did not book) -this was easily fixed by the staff, however, the room wasn’t great. The aircon control was hanging off the wall and was freezing, and as we were unable to control the temp we had to turn it off which then made the room hot and stuffy. There also were broken bulbs in the overhead lights and only one mug for tea/coffee which was replaced,...

" We initially encountered a hiccup because the door of our room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. Eventually we were offered a new room and we were upgraded to a different room. Although the new room was clean, there were some cellar spiders around the room. Wasn’t a big deal for us - just thought that they weren’t expecting for that room to be used so it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great experience. Love that it’s very tranquil. Will come back in the future. "
