"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"What a lovely find! Amazing staff, from the receptionist ( owner) to all the restaurant staff. The room was lovely, warm, had a nice view, confortabile, spacious, had everything one needed!
