"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"The day before we arrived we where asked via text if we need linen and towels. We said yes. The evening we arrived no towels or linen. We called the concierge contact he said sorry and he could not make it that evening so no sheets or towels, but next morning he will come early. So after a long day we had no linen. He did not make it next morning either, we sat all morning waiting, so I bought towels and we went about our day. That evening there where towels and sheets available at the door. So...

"The location was excellent, close to the town, beaches and also D-Day sites. Checking in to the apartment was OK and the accommodation was fine, however the bathroom design was poor, it was very difficult for anyone over 170cm to use the shower as it was in the eves. The toilet was downstairs but did not have a basin to wash hands. It would have been a better design to have a wet room where the toilet was and put the toilet in the bathroom. Other than that was fine, and we would be happy to...

"With grandparents, parents and children, including one with severe autism, this was an ideal place for our holiday. The property was stunning, the setting beautiful and the pool inviting. Plenty of space for everyone and a lovely secure garden area. The layout of the bedrooms (doubles/singles) wasn’t quite as listed, but we were able to adapt easily enough. "A fine stay; very well-equipped in a quiet area. Galley kitchen on the smaller size but adequate. Comfortable beds. There are paid options for the bed linens & towels if you do not bring your own. "the place is fantastic from the moment we arrived the staff was very helpfull with information greating very friendly willing to give as much information about the area and around Normandy the city of Caen is perfectly located to Nomandy 30 mnts drive Mnt st Michelle is a little father about 1hour but is easy to get there also many places and other cities close by Bauyex Henfleur Etretat place we recomend visiting from this hotel and the staff are fantastic cant wait to go back many other places to visit in Normandy. we recomend Best Western Plus. parking is on site also publick parking you can par on the street at night but you must move it before 08:30am easy to drive in Normandy we drove from the airport of Paris. Great job guys hope to see you soon "
