There are no elevators, the staff is friendly and they carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. There's no parking. "I was impressed with the door opening service by the gentlemen who are standing at the doors as well as the males at front desk. The down side is that almost all the females were not as friendly as the males and would just stare and not even say good morning or good afternoon. Most of the time they were talking amongst each other. The cleaning service was excellent and the ladies were very professional. Overall, I was happy with my stay. Thank you!"

"Great boutique hotel! Nothing fancy, but has everything you need, including a delicious daily breakfast with choice of plated typical Salvadorean food. Millenium Plaza is right next door, which has a large food court including Pollo Campero which is not to be missed for amazing fried chicken, and Elotes for pupusas and other typical Salvadorean food! Overall, a great basic hotel! Note: Our double room was actually quite large including a fridge and kitchen in separate room from bedroom. "
