"Breakfast could be better and better stocked. Manager / owner were polite and tried offering transportation advice early on to and from the airport. Not much to do when raining though as this is not typical hotel. Would recommend staying if you are a physically fit adults who don’t mind stairs and little amenities. "

"I don’t think anything is convenient in Venice, but at least this location is not that far from the train station. I really like the area, it was quiet, but yet close to a lot of cafés and restaurants. It was comfortable, and the breakfast included was a nice touch the receptionist was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this place and I would stay here again."

"Rooms are very nicely designed. There is no desk or other surface to place a laptop (and therefore no chair) - perhaps not a deal killer, but important to know. A big problem is the lack of a card lock to the main door of the hotel (work in progress). When the receptionist runs an errand, you will be waiting in front of a "back soon" sign. Staff shrugged off this concern."

"The room and bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. Although it is a quite a hike with roller bags around venice to get to this location, it is close to the central canal. As you might expect, this hotel does not have an elevator so make sure you can carry your bags up the stairs! Breakfast was limited (cereal, toast, pastries)."
