"The property is very very close to Piazza San Marco., Small but comfortable rooms. Easy check in and check out, breakfast is offered for a price of $15 per person.. We chose to go out every morning and have a pastry and a cappuccino or something like that. We were disappointed that the bar that was advertised was closed as far as service goes. We ask the desk clerk one evening if we could get a drink at the bar and he’d had to call someone from another facility or another place at least to come....

"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. "We received a very kind welcome and had no problem finding the place. Centrally located but not on a busy fairway so you get a chance to enter calmly. "OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good.
