"We absolutely loved Acacia House. All of the employees are fabulous and want to make your stay the best it can be. We stayed in #202 which overlooked the pool. We had a king bed and the room was large and the bathroom had a nice tub and shower and a nice balcony that looked over the pool. We had a great breakfast which included eggs your way, avocado, toast, yogurt, granola and fresh fruit and a fresh juice & coffee. It was soooo much food but excellent!! Ohhh and also empanadas and bacon. The location is perfect. It’s about a block or so off the Main Street. So many restaurants within 2 min walk and also a salon and place for excellent massages. Whatever you need Bente and her wonderful staff can arrange for you. The beds and linens were so comfy! The pool was perfect! We absolutely recommend this hotel. I promise, you will love it! "

"Capitan Max was the perfect place to start our Galapagos trip. The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the main pier on the way to Tortuga Bay. Max arranged our transfer from the airport and arranged another taxi for us the following day to take us to the highlands for the giant tortoises. We only managed to eat breakfast once during our stay as we had to leave early for day trips but the breakfast was good. The room was clean and pleasant with good aircon. "

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "
