"We stayed 3 nights in Casa Marina in Puerto Ayora. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! The property owner Celso is very communicative, and made everything easy. Our flights were at odd times, and he provided us with an early check in and late check out so we weren’t stuck with our bags while waiting for the correct time. His manager Andrea was very helpful, and Gloria made sure the house was clean every day. The property had more than enough room for all 4 of us to spread out....

The shower also didn't drain well but it is likely that the owner would have taken care of it if we had told him (we were doing long daily excursions and in that we forgot to tell him about it), as he was very responsive. "Tatjana was very helpful with information prior to arrival, including the costs and processes to arrive at Santa Cruz. She also arranged the taxi that was on time and efficiently got us to the VRBO. There is AC in the bedroom and a new washer/dryer. They also had 2 bicycles and some snorkel equipment. Very nice to have these amenities!"

"It can be a little intimidating coming to a new country so it was a relief that our hosts were bilingual and extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We were in the Galápagos for 10 days and had done no pre planning. No worries there because Donna got right to work setting up wonderful excursions to remote islands and even had snorkeling gear to lone to us.
