"Beautiful resort, easy access to beach, all staff was superb in service. Had a weekend birthday celebration and the staff made sure all our guests were greeted and cared for in a most welcoming way. Thank you to Myra Castillo and all the great staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend it."

"Overall I was very comfortable. The lack if bell services was hard for me as I am an older person and had several bags. Thankfully a couple of other guests lent a hand. Also there were many homeless folks next to the hotel. They didn’t bither me at all and my heart goes out to them. It just mase me anxious to walk my dog there. "

"Excellent location right near the Pier. Plenty of restaurants, shops and walking opportunities nearby. Wouldn’t recommend staying out after dark but that is no fault of the hotel. Rooms were lovely and clean and staff were helpful."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Santa Monica pier; walkable to shopping and restaurants. The only “complaint” we have is the size of the beds, they are full size not queen; of course it was indicated in the description. We love the valet parking service. "
