"One big factor was having breakfast included in the rate. That said, the breakfast was great: good variety, food continuously replenished, team members continuously clearing and cleaning tables. The hotel was very close (certainly walkable!) to nearly every landmark, shops, restaurants and it was fairly close to Brussel's Centraal and Midi train stations. Reception staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, especially for Europe. "

"This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

"This is a budget hotel but very very acceptable. Very clean, friendly staff, very good location if you are traveling by train from Brussels Midi. I recommend the breakfast. The price of food in Brussels is very high so this inexpensive buffet breakfast makes it a perfect addition to your stay"

"Friendly staff excellent cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are beautiful and new, close to all types of transport buses metro taxis and trains, too bad there are many tramps but after all it is so in almost the whole city. The huge Sunday market right below and around the hotel is fantastic. Advice."

"Lovely Hotel, very helpful & friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Tram stop 5 minute walk and the train station is 15 minute walk. Overall an excellent stay."
