"The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."

"This is a typical tourist apartment studio in downtown Bariloche. Location is great, close to shops and bars and restaurants and walking distance to the lake. The studio is in a new building, with some construction still ongoing in the first floor. It is spacious but a bit basic in terms of furnishings and linen. "The management company changed our apt to MF1 a couple of hours before check in. 4 different people to speak with to gain entry. VERY difficult parking garage situation. 3 separate unmarked keys for access. Provided incorrect WiFi code. The bar next door was very loud with live music at night. MUST check out with management company, cannot just leave keys and go unless you take picture and have someone hold one of the three locked doors so you can return...

"We were a group of 4 adults and the space was perfect. It is directly opposite the lake for a nice early morning swim! The grounds are very well maintained, as is the apartment. I think this is the best place to stay in the area. Everything we needed was there and the owners are very nice. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment is perfectly located just outside Bariloche Village. This position makes it perfect for a blend of activity, shopping, dining, and privacy. The village is a short walk, the lake is easy to access, and we were able to explore Cerro Otto and Cerro Catedral easily by Uber. Gerardo and Gladys are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel very welcome!"

"This BNB is in a fantastic location right in downtown. The host was communicative and helpful with answering questions. The walls were paper thin (you could hear everyone in the building coming and going), and the towel hanger as well as curtain rods both fell upon trying to simply access them. Overall I'd say the value was decent!"
