"The service was top-notch—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. Whether it was the concierge assisting with recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining perfection, or the restaurant staff providing excellent dining experiences, the hospitality was exceptional. Speaking of dining, the restaurants at Shangri-La Dubai were outstanding. From the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices to the exquisite flavors at their signature restaurants, every meal was a delight."

"A very nice hotel, very modern and clean. The staff in the restaurant do understand English very well, and keep getting your order for food wrong. Asked for a bucket of ice and never got it. asked for a pot of tea with two tea bags in it, and just got a pot of hot water. Then a pot with one tea bag, but no milk for the tea. Asked for turkey bacon, which is normally on the buffet, but not avaiable one morning. Was told they would prepare some and bring it to the table. 20 minutes later, finished with breakfast and still no turkey bacon. Chased up the manager who went into the kitchen to order it, as it had never been ordered and took another 10 minutes. Staff needs to learn to communicate in English with the majority of the customers. "
