"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My room was kept lovely and clean so a big thank you for that. A special mention to both the pascal tepper bakery where I had my breakfast and half board meals and the staff on the level 43 bar I know sometimes it can look strange being a solo traveller but they really looked after me, couldn’t do enough for me and were polite, helpful and courteous. I wish I made notes of names so I could give a shout out to some of the personally 5 stars doesn’t seem enough if I am lucky enough to end up back in Dubai I will be staying here or recommending it to friends and colleague. A huge thank you."

"The reception manager is best Ms Salma. She is helping here reception employees whenever everyone is busy. Handler was helpful and friendly. Room service and bed sheets are clean. 5 minutes walk to metro station. It has a beautiful view of the Shaykh zayed road and the Future museum. Thank you"
