"It was a great 15 nights stay. Hotel is very near 5 mins walk to subway, jr and bullet train making it easy access to the region. I traveled extensively from here to Kada, Nara, Seto, Hiroshima, Matsue, Hakata, Kyoto & Osaka. You'll not run out of food and convenience stores options here. Also loved the large hot bath (amenities provided), coin laundry, room cleaning service and late checkout option (reasonable fee). Thank you"

"Iv stayed at Zentis Osaka twice now and everytime its always a joy. The staff are really kind and helpful and go above and beyond for guests. The front desk was able to call my airline and switch my meal for me which was really helpful as i wasnt able to call myself. "
