"I booked a one night stay in a bungalow with my two kids and aimed to arrive around 8:30 on a winters night. Unfortunately then my troubles began. "Do not follow your GPS or else you will find your car in the desert down a wagon trail. After we pulled ourselves from the arroyo, we asked the locals where the place was and it was extremely easy to find with their directions. Wonderful staff and historic location. Cabins were rustic and comfortable. No indication of coyotes or Native Americans!"

"This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "
