"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The location was great for exploring Bruges. The parking was expensive as charged by 24 hours so it cost us 60 euros for just over one lot of 24 hours. The pool was small but was clean. There was quite a lot of noise from the side road which our room overlooked - a view of the square would’ve been nice. All in all it was a good hotel "

"Fabulous location. Tight spot for parking but good to be able to book ahead. Room was tiny for a superior double. Hard to get around the bed with luggage for two but we weren’t in the room except for sleeping. Breakfast choice good but hot options not hot - Luke warm at best, often just cold. Reception staff very helpful. "

"Had a wonderful stay. Room was ready early and it was very large with many traditional features. Bed was very comfy and ample supplies when the room was remade. Staff were great and very accommodating and there is luggage storage letting you make the most of any time before you leave It’s on the canal at Jan Van Aik square, away from the busier streets but only 5 mins from the main square. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a great breakfast spot @Toastie nearby "

"Had a lovely weekend break with my girlfriend and enjoyed every bit of this hotel - my only criticism is that they advertise pool, jaquizzi and spa - but the pool is basically a pond in the garden (with fish in it) and spa is a small out house with tiny sauna in it. They also charge an extra fee for using the spa, which is disappointing considering the amount you spend on the room. We decided against using the spa for that reason. "
