"I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. The nearby small towns have some excellent restaurants. A terrific place to stay if you're planning on visiting any number of the regions hill towns. Convenient to highways, little traffic. "

"The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. "

"The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...

"This hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed two nights here right in the heart of Centro Perugia. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the point of confirming arrival details, storing bags until check in, and then thereā€™s the breakfast. Itā€™s sublime. Just right to start the day and great espresso as well. We could not fault this place and highly recommend to anyone searching for a little luxury for a great price. "
