"Ensana hotels on Margaret island are our regular stay. Ensana Thermal's rooms are renovated and all are with a balcony. Our room on the 5th floor had a view of the Japanese garden and the Buda side which is great but could hear slightly the rumbling of traffic on the nearby Arpad -bridge. Nevertheless, we always enjoy our stay , the generous breakfast büfé, the spa, fitness classes and the attentive service "

"1st time in Budapest, it was amazing Mainly!!!! because of tge front desk people. Smile, kind heart and there for the guest. Had a tech issue with the AC, It was on hot all the time, we advised the front desk, in lesss than 15 min the head arrives and escorted us to the 3rd floor with an upgread room.... Can't stop writing good things about the front desk but to be honest, also the hospitality during breakfast in the restorant was nothing less. Shapo, well done "
