"On my first evening, I noticed an issue with the toilet - it constantly made a dripping sound that was quite maddening when trying to sleep. I told the front desk, in hopes that they could send maintenance to fix it, but as it was the start of the weekend, I was told that might be a while, so instead they just offered me a new room. I was impressed by their commitment to do right by me — it would have been much easier for them to just call maintenance and leave it for Monday. "

"An excellent place to stay when you have an early flight out of Christchurch. The wake up call was exactly on time and the transfer to the airport was prompt. Other venues do not all have a 24 hour airport transfer service, so this service was a winner for us."
