"Great hotel, perfect for stepping out into Covent Garden. Only one negative, the bed was a little uncomfortable, felt like it needed a new mattress. But other than that, really good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great Atmosphere in the lobby and bar. Very clean. Would stay here again."

"The hotel was in a great location. The hotel employees super helpful and accommodating. Valeria at the front desk was very attentive and provided a high customer service, always checking how our stay was and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back as well! "
