"We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. "The hotel shuttle was horrible. Upon arrival it took us 3 hours to get to the hotel bc they dropped off at other hotels. It should have taken 30 min max. We booked a private return upon departure. I would say the could cater to all races and not just Mexican as far as music go, a few people around us complained about that.
