"We were upgraded to a larger room but were disappointed that it did not have a shower only a hand held one over the bath. The room was however comfortable and had a great view and we appreciated the gift of biscuits but would have liked milk with the room coffee. There did not appear to be a room telephone to request this so we did not bother. Staff at reception were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Special mention goes to the waiter on the bar who made us the best off menu...

The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s. "
