"The setting is idyllic and the house is immaculate. The only downside was the room we booked did not have en-suite avoid this room if you can. It did have a private bathroom across the corridor and the room was small. Despite all this it still is a beautiful place."

"A really unique and beautiful B&B a short walk from Inveraray town centre. Rob was a great and kind host, and tended to our every need. We stayed in the Cairngorm Suite, a beautiful room with everything you could need and more, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also to a high standard with great local produce. "A perfect launching point for visiting all of Northwest Scotland. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. Large modern bathroom as well as all the little touches that made the stay very personal and far exceeded my expectations, especially for the cost! The town of Inverary is also amazing. Plenty of dining options that are walkable from the hotel. All were EXCELLENT. The only item I would mention to keep in mind is to ask for a room away...

"This was an overnight stop from the Isle of Skye to the ferry at Cairnryan. No doubt the hotel is somewhat dated but what it made up for it with its great staff and lovely food (great pizzas for dinner and the full Scotch breakfast was perfect). Very dog friendly and has a few charging points for EV's. Nothing much else to do in Crainlarich unless you are going hiking. Would ahve no hesitation staying here again."
