Holiday house Rose is a beautiful traditional stone house located in a quiet village near the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and can accommodate up to 10 people.There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.The outdoor area includes a fully fenced garden with a swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun. An outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill is available on the terrace where you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine. For even more fun, there are table football and darts available in the villa.The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, the pearl of tourism and culture of Istria, dominated by the medieval castle of Morosini-Grimani, offer additional motifs and opportunities to explore history in a fun way, and tailored to the whole family!Holiday house Rose is surrounded by beautiful unspoiled nature and offers perfect peace and privacy. The Villa is also a good starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are just a 20 minute drive.
