"We attended a wedding at the Hotel and I booked two rooms for my husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law for the night rather than travelling home after it finished. It was a wonderful stay - our room was spacious with a view into the beautiful internal courtyard. The marble bathroom is huge with a separate toilet which was appreciated. Lighting and access to mirrors was great - I am short and very short sighted and often mirrors in hotel bathrooms are too far away for me to see properly when doing makeup. The large mirror in the bathroom extended to the side which meant I could both access and see! There was also a good mirror in the room so I could see full length when I dressed. The wedding g was held in the Grand Ballroom and it was a wonderful venue and a very happy night. We used the Wilson carpark downstairs which was very convenient. Staff at the reception desk were welcoming and organised an earlier checkin for us which we were grateful for. A gracious hotel in the heart of Double Bay."
