"Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel. Whilst we were there it had no hot water and was dirty. They then informed us that they couldn’t provide a refund. They also initially said parking was free then tried to charge £10 per night. We had to stay somewhere else and are still chasing up a refund"

"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "
