"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. "It was a unique property with a beautiful pool and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Staff was 10/10. The room was good. Not over the top. We like how there was floor rather than carpet however the floor could have been cleaner. If you wore a pair of white socks they would end up very dirty. Wear the complimentary flip flops! Grace Bay was a $30 cab ride. We went to DelMar at The Strand which was very nice. Overall it was a great vacation."

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."
