Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line.
