"Checking in process was super slow. We stood half an hour in line and there was just few guests checking in. Seems like their system is no good and takes them forever. Our layover was just 6 hours and we had to spent one hour just to get the key for the room. Needs improvement, there was Mobile check in sign posted but there was no option to do so. "

"The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem."
