One slight criticism at 230 pm go to check in and told your room is ready but will have to pay ten pound early check inn fee challenged this and then told well if you join Holliday inn rewards I could check into my room which was ready for no fee obviously reception have been instructed to implement this 10 pound charge but why get somebody’s back up when checking in for the sake of ten pound poor."

Gap under door which let the light through from the corridor all night, I ended up putting a pillar to cover the gap on the floor to try and stop most coming through.
