"Have stayed here before however this time I’m not as impressed. The room was so very hot. The bed was very uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well at all. The net curtain in the room is ripped. The toilet seat didn’t stay up without being held. There was dark mould around the bottom of the shower screen. And the extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The staff were lovely and very friendly. "

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. "Staying for access to university visit. Twin room was basic but very clean. Room was a bit cold but that may have been me being a bit under the weather. Bathroom was small but well formed.
