"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Paper towels. We ve been renting from Vrbo for over 10 years and have never checked into a European trip where there were paper towels. That’s the attention to detail to insure renters are happy. When I first received the contract and 27 page, what you need to know, book, I sighed. But printed it off and it was appreciated for its thoroughness. The unit was modern, clean and well supplied. We couldn’t have been happier. "

"What can I say we absolutely loved the chalet it was perfect for us! We were cycling and the chalet location was fantastic for doing the mountains we wanted to tick off. "Les tamalous choletais ont passé un super séjour à Aix. Le gîte est très bien situé, bien équipé, avec un abri pour les vélos. Christian est des plus accueillants et très sympathique. Le plus l'accès à la piscine !"

"Although great location this property lacked a few minor essentials. There was no soap, it was quite stuffy and there was a bit of mould in the bathroom. Just a small bar of soap would be all that’s needed, IKEA curtains that provided a bit of privacy would suffice because if you wanted to allow fresh air in, the wall of the apartment is the edge of the pavement and people can lean in, climb in, from walking past. "Was the lovely ground floor area of a larger chalet, with the owners living upstairs. The chalet is located near the top of a small village on a winding country lane, so be aware, if you are coming in the winter you may find this challenging to get up! Great hotel in a great location

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a single room, and was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was great and towels fluffy. One thing I would say is that the door to the bathroom is clear - not a problem for me as I was alone (and think my room was meant for one). Not sure if other room types have the same set up but may be worth checking as, if you’re sharing a room, depending on who you’re travelling with, this may not be suitable. That isn’t meant as a criticism at all - just think it’s something I would want to know in advance. The location was perfect as it’s close to the beautiful Lake Annecy, and also close to lots of bars / restaurants nearby. It also felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "
