"Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little.
