"Beyond expectations and this has been a wonderful memory as our visit in February 2025 Thank you, Blu Bar and Grill and all the Radisson Blu resort staff. All were fantastic and so welcoming. Our last night's meal at the Blu bar and grill was exceptional and ended our 7 day stay with a grand finale. On behalf of our family of five who one travelledr from the UK and Australia we thank you so much for your wonderful service it was 10/10, your sincerity and care was 10/10 and making your home our home as your visiting guests was 10/10. In the Blu Bar and Grill the variety and availability of food was exceptional and it was another 10/10 there was such a variety so that every man woman and child was well fed and left content. The restaurant was very clean and appealing the floor service was wonderful and amazing, welcoming and pleasant they ensured that your meal and requirements were met and nothing was in anyway difficult for them. We noted service that was of a very high standard so much so we extend a special thank you to your floor staff and service personnel. We would additionally like to thank Sala and Ismeli for their wonderful service. Those on duty on the 17 February 2025 in the Blu bar and grill as API, Rhonda, Dani, Luse, Lavena, Prathna, Yashua, and Chefs, Mosese, Nathon, Josh (sous chef) Iferemi... "The 3 bed villa was perfect for 5 adults as we had one couple, one single female and 2 male buddies that shared a room with seperate beds. Lots of room and many balconies and you can cook a meal if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Great views whatever way you are faced. We tipped our cleaners every day and got looked after so well. Tipping is not expected but I know staff are on such little wages that we wanted to. "

"We checked in very late and it was after midnight. Our check-in was very quick and smooth which we appreciated after a long day. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets smelled nice with fresh laundry detergent. Everything was efficient and exceeded our expectations during our short stay. But the most pleasant surprise was that they serve very good croissants for breakfast. This hotel is much more than just a convenient airport hotel. We will definitely go back!"

"Serenity Island Resort is a true South Pacific experience. Serenity is private, peaceful, and unique. It was my favorite Fiji place. The staff is so friendly. Our room was close to the water so you could hear the waves. If you want the perfect, polished, crowded hotel then this is not for you. The hotel was clean and tidy but the undeveloped part of island needs trash and brush cleanup."
