"My first time staying at one of these German Hotel interlopers and it far exceeded my expections. Far superior to their rivals such as Ibis and Holiday Inn Express. It was spolessly clean and the staff were a revelation, with customer service actually being carried out. Although all staff were fantastic special mention must be given to Tianna, nothing was too much trouble for her and she carried out any issues I had, which including a partial refund when I had to leave unexpectedly early, calmly and without any fuss. Thank you so much Tianna. I am due to return to Machester in June and I will try and book Motel One, although its popularity is steadily increasing."

"Perfect place if you have a flight early doors. It's so close to the airport, especially T2, maps will say 3 minutes to walk...it's more like 30 seconds. The staff were extremely friendly and it was clean and well equipped, I gave 3 for eco friendly because I have absolutely no idea 😂 comfy, cheap and convenient what more could you want! "
