"這次的旅行是家庭旅遊，建議最好是三天兩夜 餐點早餐和晚餐都有提供，蠻好吃的，而且這個地點正好位在阿里山森林遊樂園中，到哪裡都很方便 交通有接駁車還不錯 頂樓7樓的雲海跟日落是一定要去看的 早上的火車票建議前一天下午4:30前就去買好，否則有時候買不到票要搭接駁車，整個阿里山賓館大概有3分之二是外國人，感覺起來外國人覺得這個價位還好或許台灣人就覺得太貴。"

"Owner’s mother gave us a warm and homecoming feel and was very helpful during our stay. Definitely I will stay again if I come back to Sun Moon Lake next time."

"The deluxe quadruple room, with lake view, is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fitted with Japanese toilet with bidet functions, adjustable settings for water pressure and a heated seat. There is a bathtub and a separate shower beside it. There is a balcony that offers great view of the lake. The room exceeded my expectations. For breakfast buffet, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Richforest hotel nearby. The spread of the breakfast buffet was decent and service was good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay."

"Hotel is nice and clean thou slightly on the older side. Rooms are slighlly dark but its comfortable. "

"The only downside to this hotel is the number of stairs required to access anything. Particularly bad when checking out and carrying your bags up."

"Older property. Some sections renovated well, others not so much. The staff met were exceptionally professional and polite. Meals were mediocre but breakfast and dinner were included with the room fee. Facilities (bath areas) were not opened during times advertised on some days, they were open when tour groups were at the hotel (my stay was not part of a tour). Not a bad experience but not a great value for the price paid. "
