"Would highly recommend a stay in this well appointed unit and would stay again. Quiet and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lounge is rather tired and not the most comfortable. This is the only negative thing we would comment on. Parking is easy. The communication to enter the unit was not good. We were repeatedly told to watch the U Tube video but not given the No. of the apartment. Once sorted all was fine. Great shower and well appointed kitchen. Convenient to great restaurants...

"Near new property- clean & generous sized rooms- appeared to have everything you could need to self cater a short stay with shops & groceries directly across the road ( our view was the Woolworths sign). We did not use the cooking facilities as had an overnight stay only. Air con & lifts were a little noisy. Had thought that restaurant strip/shops across the road may prove noisy but it didn't . Secure building & friendly staff."

"We spent 3 nights in the Garden City hotel on a visit to Canberra. It is well out of town for anything within walking distance but a 10-15 minute drive will get you anywhere you want to go. The hotel is well priced compared to others close to the CBD. The room was clean, the bed was big and firm and the shower was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. The pressure available was tremendous. We did not have breakfast there, preferring to find a café a few minutes away so I cannot comment on...
