"Great location 20mins walk to universal studios, good parking, clean big room, good breakfast included but 0/10 for eco friendly, plastic cutlery, styrofoam plates and bowls, plastic cups, apples wrapped in cling film, small plastic pots of milk and butter, there are paper cups for coffee and can use them for juice but people using plastic cups for juice as they are an option."

"I enjoyed the kindliness and professionalism of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Though I did notice one of the light bulbs in the lamp would periodically flash very bright, and I couldn't figure out why. It's probably just a random electrical issue that needs to be worked out quickly. Otherwise no issues"
