"We stayed here while in Florence and it is convenient and centrally located. Check in was super easy and the staff (Rita) were all great. I had asked about laundry services, and while they are not onsite, they had printed out directions and instructions for us to the local laundromat!! Amazing consideration!! "Property is walkable to the train station in Firenze SMN. The room is clean and spacious and veranda overlooks a nice garden outside. Our host Niccolo is friendly, funny and warm. He explained everything thoroughly to us and was very detailed in giving information about our location and where we can go to dine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and though we did not finish our 4 nights stay as we are headed to Rome on our 3rd day, we appreciate the host hospitality and room amenities. Thumbs up! "
