"Arrived a bit late and the staff at Palazzo Mannaioni waited and checked us in promptly. We were very excited to see the space, super spacious and windows that you open the shutters and Florence is all around you. Very authentic, very satisfying. At one point we lost our key after hours and they arranged a new one immediately. That was a huge relief. Only issue was getting wifi in order. It can be a bit slow when the building is full and everyone is online. But that's not we're in Florence for...
