"Great little hotel above a nice pub. Rooms clean and tidy, very comfortable. Staff lovely, and the benefit of being directly above a great pub. Only found it last minute after being let down with another booking elsewhere. Will be using this one again in the future."

"This was superb hotel, would say more boutique as products were exceptional ie artisan coffee, food produce..location was not far from OVO arena and 2nd day we did touristy central London stuff. Would def come back to same hotel due to experience! Highly recommended "

"Loved the location (across from Waterloo Station) and the charm of being above a thriving pub with good food. The staff was excellent. No elevator was a challenge. Also, the vintage building has character but that would only be enhanced by maintaining the shabby carpet and beat up wooden stairrails. Overall, I wouls stay again."

The Junior Suite we booked was bursting with character and charm - we stayed in the room called “Went The Day Well?” We loved the massive bathtub, the comfy bed, and the ability to change the temperature of the room and bathroom.
