"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. "Nous sommes partis à cet hotel pour notre anniversaire. J’ai cherché un emplacement avec un spa (sauna, piscine, jacuzzi…). C’était trop bien. Par contre nous avons eu une surprise que l'hôtel n’a pas prévenu que la partie SPA sera fermée pendant quelques jours (heureusement à partir du jour de notre départ!). Petit déjeuner trop cher à mon gout. Je ne prendrai plus. Le room-service au top, avec produits (boissons et sucreries) fait-maison. Trop bon. Avant réserver, pensez à checker si le SPA...

"We appreciate owners front desk helped us to get a cab. when our Uber did not show up. The couch pull out was 2 smaller cots and they were squeaky and not very comfortable (lumpy). When we stayed here in January, the pullout couch was 1 bed and it was very comfortable. "
