"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. "Convenient location for the motorway when heading south. Easy parking and a couple of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk on the nearby campus. The public areas of the Novotel are nice but the bedrooms are showing their age a bit and the bathrooms need updating. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly."
