"Lovely overnight stay and beautiful setting. Staff very friendly and mostly accommodating. Delicious food and very comfortable rooms. Only criticism would be that evening bar staff ,only 1 staff member,was trying to rush us off before the advertised bar closing time commenting that we were and had been the only customers for the last hour,as though we should feel guilty for remaining until the official closing time of the bar or had been some sort of inconveniece."

"Mark , his wife and team create a friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much of a problem. My only criticism would be the standard of the croissants and danish pastries. they never looked fresh and appetising, the croissants were very bready, I will let you off the fruit selection because the whole country suffers from that!!!"
