"This was really a great property to stay. My wife and I stayed 10 days 9 nights in the Grand Deluxe Canal View room. We had a great view of the Rialto Bridge and Canal. The place is very strategic and central, being near the Realto Bridge. Sylvia and other staff were very helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay during the Venice Carnivale 2025. It's near food and groceries, so very convenient. Also a 10-12 minute walk to San Marco Square. Will definitely come back. "

"The perfect place to stay before your flight from Venice Airport. Only 5 minutes by their shuttle you hardly cant get any closer, but still in a very quiet location. We had a problem with the heating in room and Mr Andrea at the desk took care of it expressly. This is the 3rd time there before our early flights and would recommend to anyone."

"Il posto è molto carino, vicino a tutto (beh, come a qualsiasi cosa a Venezia), e ha molti buoni posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Le uniche due cose che suggerirei che potrebbero dover essere affrontate sono: 1. A volte la doccia passa improvvisamente all'acqua fredda e poi torna all'acqua calda. Immagino che sia quando altre persone usano la doccia 2. Puoi sentire cosa succede nelle altre stanze (almeno la coppia della porta accanto si stava divertendo), cosa che so che sarebbe molto...
